Handstands 101

Have you ever wanted to do a handstand? Or at least play with kicking your legs up in the air? Learn the basics of handstands, invaluable tips, and drills to get you upside down safely and mindfully. This epic workshop includes core strength drills, wrist warm-ups, fun partner drills, and handstands away from the wall. Even if holding a handstand isn't your no.1 goal, come along and have a play while working on your upper body strength. This 2 hour workshop includes a warm-up vinyasa flow and cool down stretch sequence. We welcome and encourage all levels to attend!! Limited spaces, so book in quick
