Move Better. Feel Stronger without Strain

Mat and Reformer Pilates in Cambridge is a full-body approach to movement - designed to build genuine strength, restore mobility, and develop the kind of body awareness that improves everything else you do.

Services

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is practised on the floor using your own bodyweight. It's a highly effective way to build core strength and stability, improve posture, and develop body control. Accessible for all levels, our Mat classes in Cambridge focus on precise, mindful movement that challenges from within.

Reformer Pilates

The Reformer is a purpose-built piece of equipment that uses a sliding carriage, springs, and resistance to guide your body through a wide range of controlled movements. The spring resistance is adjustable, making every exercise adaptable to your current strength and mobility, which means it’s great for any level.

In Cambridge we have two Reformers, available through on-demand, screen-guided sessions. Our team will help you get set up, then you follow along at your own pace. Book a time that suits you, with no class timetable to work around.

Benefits

Why Choose Pilates in Cambridge?

Our classes in Cambridge welcome all experience levels across both Mat and Reformer formats. With options to enjoy classes with instructors or choose your own focus with the kiosks.

Strength Without Impact

Both Mat and Reformer Pilates build real, functional strength through controlled movement, without the joint load of high-impact training. Particularly effective for core stability, posture improvement, and addressing the muscular imbalances that develop over time.

Mobility and Movement Quality

Regular Pilates practice improves flexibility, range of motion, and movement mechanics. Many of our members notice improvements not just in the studio, but in how their body feels and moves throughout daily life - less stiffness, better alignment, and greater ease in everyday movement.

Mind-Body Connection

The focus required in Pilates is precise, intentional movement with breath. This develops a quality of attention that extends well beyond the studio. Sharpening concentration, reducing mental noise, and building a deeper connection to how your body feels and functions.

FAQs

Attending Your First Class

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Socks are required for Reformer classes - these are available for purchase at the studio. If it's your first time, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to get familiar with the space and settle in before class begins.
