Stretch & Release

A gentle, beginner-friendly class that moves slowly through simple poses and longer holds. You'll loosen tight areas and let go of the tension the week leaves behind, at a pace that never feels rushed or out of reach. Nothing fast, nothing fancy, just enough movement to leave you looser, lighter, and a whole lot calmer. No experience needed.

Mellow

Our gentlest yoga class, built for deep rest and nervous system reset. Mellow is less about effort and more about surrender, slow movement, supported poses, and stillness that helps your body and mind drop down a gear. The perfect antidote to a busy life. No experience needed.

Which Class is Right for Me?

If you want to ease tight muscles and unwind through longer, supported stretches, start with Stretch & Release. If you're after deep rest, a full nervous system reset, or just want to switch off, Mellow is for you.

FAQs

Attending a Yoga Class

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. You're welcome to bring your own mat, we do have mats and props available in the studio. If it's your first time, arrive 10-15 minutes early to get familiar with the space and settle in before class.
