Communal Sauna

Our two Communal Saunas run between 80-100°C - the kind of deep, enveloping heat that prompts a full-body sweat and an almost immediate sense of release. It's a space to exhale, socialise, or simply sit with yourself in the warmth.

Communal Mineral Pools

Our hot and cold Mineral Pools in Cambridge are a truly unique element of the experience. Rich in beneficial minerals, these pools are designed for deep soaking and contrast recovery. Alternate between warm and cold immersion to stimulate circulation, ease joint discomfort, and support muscular recovery.

Private Infrared Sauna & Ice

Private Infrared Sauna

Our Private Infrared Sauna in Cambridge is your personal recovery space - a quieter, more intimate setting for contrast therapy. Adjust the environment to suit your needs and take the experience at your own pace. Ideal for those who prefer a solo session or a lower, less intense heat.

The space is able to hold two people, perfect for catching up with a friend (or coming solo to switch off completely).

Ice Bath

Cold water immersion is a practice backed by a growing body of research. A session in our ice bath builds mental resilience, reduces inflammation, and leaves you with the kind of clarity that no amount of caffeine can replicate.

Wear a swimsuit for communal sauna and mineral pool access, and bring two towels with you - one to sit on and one to shower with. Our team will be there to guide you through your first session and answer any questions. We recommend starting with shorter heat and cold exposures and building up over time. There's no right or wrong way, just listen to your body.
