At O-Studio, we offer both morning and evening breathwork classes to help you reset, refocus, and reconnect — whether you’re starting your day or winding it down. We also run breath-infused events, corporate workshops, and private 1:1 sessions, all led by our incredible facilitator, Karla Attard.
Meet Karla
With a background in trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing, Karla creates space for powerful transformation through breath. Her grounded, calming presence makes everyone feel welcome — from first-timers to seasoned breathers.
