Traditional saunas are favoured by those who enjoy higher heat levels and the therapeutic effect of really sweating, while some prefer the mental challenge of the higher air temperature. It’s an ideal place to socialise and connect with others whilst you relax, recover and improve.
Our private infrared saunas are designed to heat your body directly through the use of infrared radiation, maintaining a more comfortable temperature range between 50°C to 70°C. This makes them an excellent choice for individuals who prefer a milder, sweat-inducing experience, allowing you to relax without the intensity of traditional saunas. Perfect for unwinding alone or with a friend while still reaping the therapeutic benefits a sauna offers.

Our ice bath experience is designed to contrast the heat of a sauna and provide a quick and intense exposure to cold water, promoting various health benefits such as improved circulation and reduced muscle inflammation.
