Busy minds are perfect for meditation! Our sessions are lightly guided in a group setting, where you’re supported by the teacher and the others in the room to stay on track. We share experiences after the session, which lets us know we're not alone in feeling like we can't switch off.
Our classes are more than breathwork. They’re a series of exercises that reflect the mental skills you need to take your challenges head on. We supplement our mindfulness meditations with a range of mental exercises, built from psychological research to help you practise the kind of mental skills you want to use every day.
